DAVID C. GRANT, Partner

David C. Grant enjoys a reputation as one of the premier lead trial attorneys in Orange County, with thirty-three years trial experience and over twenty-seven years experience alone in Orange County Superior Court.  Mr. Grant from time to time has served as co-panelist with a number of Orange County jurists on continuing education programs, is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell reflecting the highest level of legal ability and ethical standards in the opinion of the bar and judiciary and is annually featured as one of Southern California’s “Super Lawyers” by Los Angeles Magazine.

Recently, at the successful defense conclusion of a lengthy and complex real estate and fraud jury trial in Santa Barbara Superior Court, Santa Maria Branch, a senior and highly respected judge made the following comments on the record concerning Mr. Grant:

“THE COURT: You’re one of the best lawyers.  I want to tell you, your style, your knowledge of the scholarship was wonderful, and you should know that.

MR. GRANT: Thank you.

THE COURT: This is a backwater, maybe, but not really.  We get lawyers here from Fresno, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento all the time, and I mean our cases are filled with out-of-town lawyers, and from big cities and big firms, and, you know, you’re right up there at the top of them, and I really appreciated your courtesy during the trial.

MR GRANT: Thank you, Your Honor.”
